On Monday, the Washington Capitals won Game Four of the Stanley Cup Final, putting them up 3-1 in the series against the Vegas Golden Knights.

For the first time in the postseason, Vegas are facing elimination and the Capitals need just one more win in order to claim the ultimate prize in hockey: the Stanley Cup.

Which means that the iconic silverware will be in the building from Game Five.

The official Twitter account for the Cup announced it would be in attendance for Game Five at T-Mobile Arena on Thursday, just in case the Capitals do the thing.

Per The Hockey News’ Matt Larkin, Vegas’ current three-game losing streak equals its longest all season.

One more win would not only extend Vegas’ losing streak to the longest of their season, but it would also secure a piece of franchise history in the process.
